By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant and Software Nature

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use Swipe Email Cleaner on mobile devices that you own or control.

Client-Only Software: Swipe Email Cleaner operates solely as a client application running locally on your mobile device. FlashSoft OÜ does not operate intermediate servers, cloud backups, or remote data storage. The App sends commands (such as fetch, delete, archive, or unsubscribe) directly to your third-party email service providers (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, IMAP).

2. STRICT DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY (Read Carefully)

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING EMAIL DELETION: Swipe Email Cleaner enables you to send commands to your email provider to delete, archive, or organize emails. Depending on your email provider's policies and settings, deletions or sender blocks triggered through the App may be permanent and irreversible. Because we do not store your data on external servers, we have no access to your mailbox and cannot recover, restore, or backup any deleted emails.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

No Liability for Deleted or Modified Emails: FlashSoft OÜ is NOT responsible or liable under any circumstances for any emails, threads, attachments, folders, or subscriptions deleted, archived, moved, or altered by you or through the App. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all email management actions before executing them.
No Liability for Provider Locks or Connection Issues: We are not responsible for account locks, rate limits, protocol errors, authentication revocations, or connection disruptions caused by your email service providers.
Provided "AS IS": The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free execution, or that all deletion/unsubscribe requests will succeed.
Limitation of Damages: In no event shall FlashSoft OÜ, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of data, loss of business emails, or financial loss) arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

3. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App or its underlying source code.
Use the App to connect to email accounts for which you do not have authorized permissions.
Use any script, bot, or automated tool to simulate user actions within the App.
Violate the terms of service of your email providers (e.g. Gmail, Outlook) while using the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its name, logo, assets, designs, and code, are owned exclusively by FlashSoft OÜ. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any portion thereof) at any time without notice. We may terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with these Terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App.
