All your smoke-free dates, financial savings calculations, craving logs, and milestone progress are calculated and stored exclusively on your physical device and within your private, encrypted personal iCloud account (if you choose to enable iCloud backup).

FlashSoft OU does not own, operate, or maintain external servers that collect, store, or transmit your personal habit records. We have zero access to your individual data.

2. Apple Health (HealthKit) Integration Disclosure

Quit Smoking Tracker offers optional integration with Apple Health (HealthKit) to enrich your motivational statistics. In strict accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.2(i):

• Purpose of Access: Health data read from Apple Health is used strictly to display your personal health recovery progress and statistics within the App interface.
• Zero Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, disclose, or transfer your Apple Health data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers under any circumstances.
• No Marketing or Data Mining: Your HealthKit information is never used for marketing, targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or data mining.
• Local Control: Apple Health data remains strictly within the secure HealthKit repository on your Apple device and your private Apple ID iCloud account. You can revoke health read permissions at any time in your iPhone Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.

3. Information You Provide and Local Processing

• Quit Date & Habit Settings: Time and date of your last cigarette or vape, daily cigarette count, and price per pack to calculate money saved.
• Craving Logs: User-generated notes documenting craving triggers, emotional states, and coping notes.
• User Preferences: Currency symbols, notification reminder schedules, and theme selections.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

All premium subscription processing and financial transactions are handled directly by Apple StoreKit and Google Play Billing APIs. FlashSoft OU never receives, processes, or stores your credit card details, billing address, or payment credentials.

5. Data Retention, Deletion, and User Rights

Because your information is stored entirely on your device, you have complete sovereignty over your data at all times:

• Reset Progress: You can reset your quit streak or erase craving entries within the App settings at any time.
• Permanent Erasure: Deleting the Quit Smoking Tracker application from your device permanently removes all locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

Quit Smoking Tracker is intended for adult users seeking to stop smoking or vaping nicotine products. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
